your problem is in setting lever, when the setting lever is jumping the stem cannot get back and lock, you better unscrew the complete barrel drum bridge plate take it out ,and the winding pinion is expose, take the winding gear and the setting lever is expose then arrange the alignment, align the winding pinion to the setting lever, alignment is ok.back bridge plate and screw,,make some winding of the crown, let see rachet wheel can turn transmission wheel of complete barrel drum,if can then checked the stem if already lock.,if lock already the job is done,...email if you some question regarding a watch ;email@example.com

Hears how i do my watch, i have the same watch as you.Just make sure nothing is displayed on the clock face by turning the winder, ie NO digital time, NO daul time, NO alarm, NO stop watch etc, Pull out the winder(crown) and adjust the hands to the time you require by spinning the winder.(Gentley for mins and fast for hours) The digital clock will display wilst doing this, but not change the time.handy if you want to sync both clocks.Push the winder back in at the time to sync and the digital display will go out, then spin the winder again if you want to display the digital features. I hope this helps, please post if it does, Maurice Chevalier- Herts

I bought the same watch recently and have the same problem. The hours can be adjusted in the dual time zone by looking up the manual, but the minutes stay put. I can't bring them to blink so that these could be adjusted. Any ideas? I sent a mail to Rado through their website but no answer.

That links are most likely ceramic! Take your watch to a reputable watch repair shop...they break very EASY! Make sure they know what they are doing!!!!

The only source for separate original links is a repair shop that has a defective watch kept for parts. You could order an entire bracelet but that would be very expensive.
The cheapest solution is to get a copy like
and use its bracelet.
