Question about Canon PowerShot SD550 / IXUS 750 Digital Camera
I am trying to get the date/time stamp on each picture. When I go to the menu and scroll down to date/time stamp, it is not lit up and therefore, will not let me select it as an option. I've erased all pics from camera and the date stamp still will not light up as an option (all the other options are in white letters, date stamp option is in black letters). Is something wrong with my camera?
Please e-mail me at email@example.com
I have had the same problem for a long time. It has nothing to do with the battery, etc.. It has to do with the software of the camera.
You are only able to have time stamps on the photos when you are in the postcard mode. (resolution will be set to 1600x1200, at fine setting) Check out page 29 and 39 of Advance user manual!
