Question about Logitech Premium Headset
I have the same problem. If you have the receipt, and the headset was purchased less than 2 years ago, you can fax receipt to Logitech, and they will send you a new headset. I just did it. Logitech customer support is 646-454-3200. They are NOT making me return the bad headset.
