my mom's is the one she cant install the driver cause it wont stay on.I dont what to do about it please give me some feedback.

its basically depend on which type of drivers hadbeen installed. 1st u install it again & if it doesnt work there might b a system problem. feedback the current working position of ur pc & other details if u possible. nothing to worry.
