The 7 blink on this model indicates a failure of the Y-sus (SC) or buffer (SU, SD) boards. To identify which one open the tv and then (one at a time) disconnect the upper buffer, then the lower (the their connection with the Y-sus board) and finally the Y-sus board at it connection to the mainboard then start the tv without it: if the part is the faulty one the error blinking should go or change. This is quite a fiddly operation, the ribbon cables are locked in their sockets - if you have never done this before then it's time to call a repair man.
The most likely board to have failed is the Y-sus, here it is
