OK, Compressor should be shut down and showing (ready to start) in display. Press load/unload button once then press hidden right button within 3 seconds. This will let you access the set point program. It will include language, temperature and pressure, rated pressure, etc. Make sure you look at the data tag affixed to the unit and see what the rated pressure is for your unit. You can endanger yourself and equipment by over pressurizing the components of the compressor.

Try resetting the SMC
Before Resetting the SMC Try each of the following steps in this order before you reset the SMC. Test the issue after completing each troubleshooting step to determine if the issue still occurs.
  1. Press Command + Option + Escape to force quit any application that is not responding.
  2. Put your Mac to sleep by choosing the Apple () menu from the upper-left menu bar and then choosing Sleep. Wake the computer after it has gone to sleep.
  3. Restart your Mac by choosing the Apple () menu from the upper-left menu bar and then choosing Restart.
  4. Shut down your Mac by choosing the Apple () menu from the upper-left menu bar and then choosing Shut Down.
If your Mac appears to be running normally but isn't responding, force the computer to shut down by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. Note: You will lose any unsaved work in any open applications.
For Mac portables experiencing issues related to the MagSafe power adapter and/or battery, try:
  1. Unplug the MagSafe power adapter from the Mac and the wall power socket for several seconds.
  2. Shutdown the Mac. Physically remove and re-insert the battery (if it's removable) and startup the Mac.

We have a IR UP6 20hp, 200psi, w/intellisys. It will not stay loaded, goes up to 200 then will unload back to 120 then loads back up. Have replaced load and inlet valve/solenoid. We have an identical...

I have a Few questions before trying to answer.Does the pressure go up quickly to 200 psi and down to 120 psi or does the pressure build slowly to 200 psi and slowly down to 120 Psi. Does this unit have a dryer built in or in the system. Are the pressures set correctly on the intellisys. Does this unit have modulation. What mode of operation is unit in.
Pressure building up fast is an indication of an obstruction in the discharge line. It could be a valve positioned wrong or a dryer froze up. If the pressure builds slowly up and down it sounds like the intellisys settings are incorrect. If the unit has modulation and is operating in modulation it sounds like the cash regulator needs adjusting.
