Question about CMB T43 750 Notebook
I just bought a brand new laptop and after a month or so it started going off by itself. I meant "going off" because it goes off like when a tv is switched off. It doesn't have a specific time period to happen this and i dont think its overheating too. Because, even if i use it just once a day and when i turn it on after a few minutes it might go off or it might even stay a whole day without goin off. I'm just desperate to find the problem and fix my laptop.
It has to be the CPU fan. The system board monitors the temperature and if the fan is not working, the temp goes up and the unit shuts down. It may take seconds to heat up or minutes. It is a safety feature. In any case, do not continue using it like that, because it can damage the system board and/or the processor.
If the unit is new, have them fix or repair it.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
