What camera? If you can figure that out, you might find a manual for it at http://support.nikontech.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13948

Nikon pop up flash

This, most likely, will not help you. If it is stuck and you smell something burnt I think your camera has serious problems. I think this is the time to decide REPAIR or REPLACE.

Battery light on followed by other lights then died

check the wire from alternator to the battery and make sure its not loose on alternator. happened to me a few years ago, forgot to tighten wire to alternator. car lights on dash came on and car quit while driving. just make sure you are getting at least 14 volts at battery while its running, good-day !

You will have to remove the front panel and check the fuse to make sure that it did not pop. Also check your breaker switch to make sure that your breaker did not pop. Those can be your really only two issues

Canon EOS Rebel XSi pop up flash won't "pop down"

Do not Tape it down, If the flash is pooping up all the time take it to a good Camera repair shop to have the catch replaced. At the same Time you may consider getting a full service done.

You may have it turned off. Find the button with the lightning bolt and press it while watching the screen. Press until you get the lightning bolt with an "A" beside it.

Auto flash wont work

did it pop up automatically or did you pop it manually? if it popped up by itself then the flash unfortunately is probably dead, since on automatic, it won't pop unless it's going to fire. If you popped it manually then - the camera doesn't think that the flash is necessary for the conditions that you're shooting in.
