On my virgin mobile moto razr v3c i think my brightness is down

The Flex Cable on the back probably came disconnected.. If you go to your service Provider and tell them to reconnect the Flex Cable they should be able to do it for you.

Screen not working

On a RAZR, there is a problem in the joint or hinge where the phone opens, and the flex cable that connects the two often comes loose. This can usually be fixed short term by pushing the halves of the phone together firmly, and then opening and closing the phone. Do this while the battery is out.

For a long term fix (or if that doesn't work), you have to take the phone apart. It would be best to take it to a repair shop for this.

Flex cable

It's fairly simple to replace a flex cable if that's the culprit. This is a flex cable: It's got adhesive on it so if you plan on repairing yours, you need to peal your old one off. That's really no big deal, the thing you REALLY need to worry about is damaging your keypad when removing it from your housing. You might want to order a new one just incase for that very reason. Be aware that unlike the V3c's flex cable which is a separate cable that connects to the main board to go up to the upper part of the phone, the V3's keyboard flex has its cable attached, which means you must open the top portion of your phone as well. Opening the bottom part of the phone is simple. Opening the top part is where things get slightly tricky, if you're not careful you could really damage your phone.
