Running lights don't work on my 2011 Solera and the right brake light is not as bright as the left.

You may have a broken ground wire or terminal connection. You'll need to remove each light fixture and check the wires for bumpiness ( caused by corrosion) and broken terminal ends. Due to the newness of your vehicle, you may want to first check with the Dealer to see if there is a safety notice or recall on this vehicle. If it is under warranty ( very likely) then have the Dealer fix it if you have a bumper to bumper warranty.
The Dealer should be able to tell you if you're covered by the VIN ( Vehicle Identification Number).

Do I need to get my daughter handball goggles for when she starts playing in the fall?

They are definitely not a requirement but there is a stronger likelihood that she could get hit in the face because it is a sport very similar to volleyball. If she regularly wears contacts, I do recommend that she gets goggles because you don't want the contact to get hit and then not be able to remove it.

Is it necessary to wear liners under my handball gloves?

It is not a requirement. Guys on my team wear them and I don't but I can't see any difference between them. If you ask me, they are a waste of money. Most professional handball players don't wear them. They are just an excessive expense.

How does scoring work?

Every point garnered in handball is worth one point, regardless of where on the court it was shot from. In basketball, if you stand behind the three point line, your shot counts 3 times. In handball, no such distinction is made. Every shot is worth one point which ends up leaving the scores per game around 20 to 30 points.
