Sansa View will not get rid of the red dot even after connecting

After connecting to an aurthorized computer, the computer will scan and do its voodoo and says that the device has been updated. The red message square comes back and says that the subscription tracks have expired and connect to PC to renew.. Did that and nothing happens. Red dot still there and renew message still there.. I really do not have hours to work on this. Any ideas??

Have tried deaurthorizing and reauthorizing both the computer and device.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: I have a subsription on

First check and make sure the clocks on both your device and your computer are right.

Reset the device's secure clock (taken from rhapsody help)

Most devices will have a secure clock. Not all devices support the Reset SecureClock feature in Rhapsody.

  1. Open up Rhapsody
  2. Connect your device
  3. Hold down the CTRL and SHIFT key while right-clicking on your device.
  4. Select Reset SecureClock

Everytime I try to uninstall Voodoo Chonicles,I get a box that says ghost uninstall. How do I fix this?

I'm assuming this is a download of a bigfish game, if it is don't use the uninstaller, go to "C:\Computer\Program Files\BigFish" or locate your Voodoo Chronicles install location,

then right click the folder "Voodoo Chronicles" & delete the folder, this should give a prompt telling you Voodoo Chronicles will be deleted are you sure?, click yes.

then go to your recycle bin & empty the recycle bin.

Once completed go to your Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, wait for the list to populate then if Voodoo Chronicles is still listed in the list, click uninstall, a message should then be displayed, Voodoo Chronicles can't be found it may already have been uninstalled, would you like to remove this item from the list? Yes or No, Click YES.

All done.

you need to use Sansa media convertor to transfer videos into the player.it can be downloaded from here. If even Sansa media convertor is unable to detect your player then you may need to reinstall the firmware.Use sansa updater to update the firmware.

Voice message icon showing but no message

You can contact orange and have them refresh your voice mailbox but if that doesn't work you can connect your phone to iTunes on a computer and restore the software. Set up as new and see if the issue persist. If it is fixed you can try to restore from your back up. If the issue comes back when you put your information on there, then you will need to set up as new

Dell optiplex 110 sys does not find the sansa view player

I have recently connected to a Sansa device. The device had to be powered on before it would be detected as a drive. Also it had a hold feature which suspended any I/O. Alternately, the Dell may not have all the usb ports connected to the motherboard. I suggest you plug the Sansa device into the same usb you were connecting the external drive. Beyond this, more information required. I hope it helps. Good Luck.

Red Dots

You can get rid of the red dots by adjusting the V-scan voltage down, it's on the panel sticker inside the unit, you can find the test point on the DC to DC pcb, and the adjustment pot is on the same board, lower it as you watch the screen and only lower it enough to rid the screen of the dots
