Question about Logitech Wireless Access Duo Optical Desktop Keyboard/Mouse KBWIREOPT
My wireless mouse works, but when I connect my wireless keyboard, the mouse stops working. I can only get either the mouse to work or the keyboard, not both. They were working fine a few days ago.
Disconnect the small wireless dongle from the back of your computer..reboot the computer..put it back in,,and then press the connect button on bothe mouse and the keyboard to check,,the battery of teh mouse and the keyboard shud be checked if possible
