the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Need a product key

If you already have the OS installed on the PC then you can use 3rd party software to find the istall key from the previous installation. One such piece of software is Winkeyfinder, it's free to download and you don't have to install it for it to work.
Once the software finds the license key then write it down ready for you to re-install the OS.

Activation key for vista ultimate

If this is a legal copy of Vista, the key code is attached to the disc package or on the side of the case on a desktop pc or on the bottom of the case on a laptop. If this is a pirated version, purchase a legal key code from microsoft as this has several benefits, least of all the windows update site will not disable a legal copy but it can and does disable pirated copies..

Need to install a pirated version of vista.

Since it is a DELL, it was sold with a license to use Windows XP.

So, the very-easiest solution is to contact DELL.

For about $20, you can get a replacement set of CDs/DVDs, and then you can install a _LEGAL_ version of Windows XP.

Note that "Windows 7 Release Candidate" is a free download;
it is the follow-on to Vista.

So, until June 2010, you can use Windows 7 for *FREE* -- and then pay an "upgrade" fee in July 2010, if you still want to use Windows 7.

My laptop keeps crashing when idle.

It's a problem caused by Microsoft when your windows product key seems to be banned (by Microsoft). It's generated by WGA tool that check OS if it's original or pirated. If they found pirated they give you 30 days limitation to use your current OS. If you are using a original but microsoft says pirated, you can found some tool to remove this limitation. I am not giving you the site address. Make a google search by this words "WGA removal for vista" without quote. Hope you will find. This kind of software are freeware. if you found your desired software, install it than restart. Now you are done.
keep informing.
