Question about Dishwashers
Try tripping the circuit breaker, leave it off for about a minute and turn back on.

Bosch dishwashers often have bad circuit boards.

I read in another post there is usually a burned PCB pad on the control board and that resoldering FIXES the dishwasher - per a repair tech. Bosch contacted us twice about a potential recall on this control board, but our serial number unit didn't show up on their list either time. Was Bosch's intent to check our unit against a recall list, or was it to remind us where to come spend $150 WHEN the control board failed. They also offered to send a repair person out but if the DW wasn't a recall situation you owed the service guy $100 just for showing up with repair parts and labor extra. Can you say racket?
Remember John Cameron Swayzee and the Timex wrist watch (mechanical no less) strapped to the boat propeller commercials. How about Bic Pen commercials where they shot a ballpoint pin through a 2x4 and it still wrote.
