The owner/user manual should have instructions on how to accomplish this. I take it that you no longer have the manual, so you'll have to root around in the phone's settings (you may have to access the tone/pulse setting from the base unit), to select the desired dialing mode. On some older phones (including cordless), the tone/pulse selection is a physical switch on the base unit (on the top/bottom/side/back). Look carefully... I hope I've helped you!

Can anyone tell me how to change it? There is an option ''Setting Base'' on the handset and when I enter it it says ''Input Command'' but I have no idea what should be entered.
