Hola Cathy, por lo que describes, podria haber una falla con los Leds, que iluminan la patalla desde atras del panel LCD(retroiluminacion), al no iluminarse la pantalla, te parece que no funciona, pero realmente no ves o no sabes en que entrada esta el televisor
te envio un link de un video que explica el problema de los Leds, tambien te envio el link para que descargues el manual de usuario
