Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

when you turn on your computer, certain application, drivers, services are automatically started at the beginning of every window session. you can disable certain application to shorten your computer's booting process by the following steps:
click Start then Run and type "msconfig" (without the qoute) then click OK
there would appear a System Configuration Utility window. On the upper portion, select the Startup button. there you will see the applications that are started during bootup. you can unmark the check box in front of an entry to disable it and the program will not be started the next time you start windows. just be careful to choose the programs that you do not need to start automatically. some applications are needed by windows in order to start successfully. After doing so, click Apply then Ok and you will be given an option to Restart your pc or to Exit without restarting. Hope this helps.
