Question about Sanyo DP32649 31.5 in. TV
I plug it in the outlet and press the power button and nothing happens. No lights, nothing.

Check the power plug for power. If this is OK then you likely have a blown TV power board, and the primary components are affected. The caps in the primary circuit can be replaced if they are blown, but otherwise you may need a new board.
