Water will not shut off

I don't know this specific machine model but it sounds like something has gone wrong with the water level sensing, which is usually controlled by a pressure switch, probably at the top of the machine. Look for a small diameter (<10mm) rubber tube come loose or broken, perhaps an electrical connector come off from the pressure switch and failing that the pressure switch itself. It is also just possible that the solenoid valve where the water inlet pipe connects to the machine has stuck open - but I would expect it to fail shut.
