Question about Nortel Networks T7316E NT8B27JAAA CHARCOAL MULTI LINE TELEPHONE
Our phone is saying "No Free Lines" whenever I try make an external call. How do I fix this because all the lines are free?

You may have to reboot the system. apparently the system was not set up correctly. By default the system has a setting for the lines of "supervised or unsupervised (i forget which) when it is set incorrectly, calls do not release as they should upon completion.

You're close. Unplug the cabinet. The quickest way to reset a system is to unplug it and start over. You probably have it tied to another phone through conferencing.
