How to reset username and password of asus RT-N10

You can reset it to factory default settings by pressing the reset button and type a new password by accessing the router.

On the back of your router is a 'reset' button. Use a toothpick or a pen to press it for approximately 5 seconds. Once this is done you can log in with the following credentials:

• user: admin
• password: admin

Open Browser ( Firefox, internet explorer, ext)
type your computers IP address where you would normally type the web address, press enter.

your router settings should now come up but you need to enter a username and password before you can make changes.
try using user name (admin) and password (admin).

now look for the security tab and edit as needed.
