Feeder will not dispense fertilizer from bottle when spraying

sometimes you have to shake it to loosen a particle stuck in the delivery hole of the bottle....doesn't have to be a large particle in order to plug up the works....or you may even have to remove the bottle, pry off the bottle cap, rinse it good and check for debris plugging up the works....good luck

How do I kill black mold on cement exterior window sill?

use a solution of half water and the other half of bleach in a spray bottle.

spray the affected area well.

use a laundry type brush to brush the surface you just sprayed to make sure contact is made with the mold spores and your solution.

let stand for 15-20 minutes to kill all mold spores.

wipe off any excess moisture with a rag and then allow to dry.

at this point you have killed the mold spores and your problem is behind you

Try Awesome cleaner (truly is) available at Dollar Tree and some other dollar stores. Now that Ihave found it, I may never buy another cleaning product again! comes in a spray bottle but larger refill bottles are available.

He filled the reservoir, turned on the switch and pressed the handle to get soap and water and nothing came out does not spray

Make sure there is liquid in both the Tank-in-Tank and the SmartMix Bottle and check for spray through the upholstery hose. If the hose does not spray please check the following:

- Remove the belt access door and inspect the pump belt to ensure it is not broken, worn or stretched. You may also check the belt by turning on the power and watching the brush on the bottom of the machine. If the brush rotates the belt is not broken.

- Check for proper placement of the o-ring on the SmartMix Cap Insert (some o-rings are detachable and need to fit over the straw; others are molded to the cap).

- Check for liquid in the base of the machine where the SmartMix Bottle sits (SmartMix Reservoir). If there is no liquid in the reservoir, the neck on the SmartMix Bottle may be undersized, the cap will not make proper contact with the unit and the smart mix bottle will need to be replaced.

- Check for the black or red tank gasket on the SmartMix Bottle Cap and on the bottom of the Tank-in-Tank Assembly. If gasket is lodged in base of unit or has been lost, reattach gasket on auto-load or order new gasket if appropriate.

- Check the valves on the bottoms of the Tank-in-Tank and SmartMix Bottle to make sure water/solution will come through when the "x" valve is depressed. Bladder or SmartMix bottle may be empty or the valve may be blocked internally.

- Check if the small rounded window tabs on the top edge of the Floor Nozzle Window are locked in their mating slots on the base of the machine and not inadvertently lifting the tank up out of place.

Purchased ProHeat 7920 Po-Tech recon. Unable to use main brush as no water/cleanfluid. Belt drive is ok. Grateful advise location of fluid jets as not visable behind main brush. Turbo brush works well.

Bissell proheat 2x not spraying water

Please check the following with liquid in both tanks.

- Check to see if the machine will spray through the hose with the setting on tools. If it does, the pump is fine. Continue troubleshooting.

- Check for debris on spray tips. Clean them with a soft brush (on old tooth brush works well). The spray tips may be lifted out for easier access.

- Ensure the tank lid is properly attached to the bottom of the tank. To attach this properly, remove the Water Tank from the machine. Hook the front window onto the lip of the bottom container and then allow the window with lid to cover the complete tank. Secure the latch on the back of the bottom tank to the back of the tank lid. THE TANK LID CANNOT BE ATTACHED PROPERLY IF THE BOTTOM TANK IS ALREADY INSTALLED IN THE MACHINE.
- Check the bottom of the Water Tank and the Formula Tank to make sure each has a red auto-load gasket attached. Make sure the Water Tank and the Formula Tank are seated properly. Depress the x on this gasket to ensure this depresses and release back out. Liquid from the tank should dispense.

- Remove the handle completely and re-attach. Once the handle is re-attached, re-attempt to spray.

If the machine continues to not spray, check the following:

REMOVE THE COLLECTION TANK:
• Make sure the unit is set to water rinse
• Remove the smart mix bottle and fill it with water only
• Place the smart mix bottle into the collection tank reservoir
• Run the unit and try to spray. If the machine sprays, you will be able to see the water level decreasing in the smart mix bottle and you will need to replace the bottom tank. It is possibly warped.
