When i stick my bike into forst gear, the clutch judders and vibrates like the gears are grinding together, ive taken the clutch off, replaced tge clutch and all it does is make loads of noise and no drive...

Gavin, several possibilities exist. Reply back with an answer; Is the juddering only in first gear? Does the bike shift easily going through all the gears? If the judder is only in first gear, the problem is either broken gear dogs on a slider gear or broken teeth on first gear. A bent shift fork is a possibility but if it shifts in and out of gears easily then that pretty much rules out a bent fork. If broken teeth are found to be the problem, replace both the broken gear AND any gear the broken gear engages with, even if the gear looks okay. If you don't replace the set, you get to re-do the repair when the mating gear drops some teeth, ( which will probably be right away ). If the judder is in all gears then the clutch plates could be hanging up on either the inner or outer hub or both. I have added a generic diagram to give you a visual of how the shifting works. On mySuzuki 600 Bandit 2003, iI feel a knoking noise on 4Th and 5ft gear.No slippage, good power.

Normally, a knocking sound in a specific gear set indicates a broken gear tooth. When replacing a broken gear, replace the gear(s) it engages with as well. If you don't replace them you will have the pleasure of doing the repair job all over again when the weakened tooth on the existing gear(s) breaks off. Remember, whatever caused the problem in the first place put pressure on both the broken tooth and the gear it was engaged to at the time. Most likely is a tooth on a slider gear.

Using all caps makes it sound like you"re shouting...

It sounds like you have either lost your camshaft drive (broken timing chain, or belt, or broken gear(s)), or your camshaft has broken right where the driven end is. In any event, your cam is not turning.

I worked on a Ford van once with gear to gear drive for the cam, but the cam gear was a fiber/resin gear (for quiet running). There was a crank-shaft-gear shaped scoop carved out of the cam gear. Had I not seen that, I would have thought gear-to-gear drives can never fail. Apparently not.

My 125dt dosent sart or kick sart, the gear inside have a bushing in shafting?or it was broken..

Common cause of kickstarter not engaging(I am guesing that this is your problem) is a broken spring on the kickstart mechanism,or that the kickstart idler gear cerclip has fallen off(this allows the idler gear to move forward on the shaft & thus won't allow the kickstart gear to transfer drive to the clutch hub).Remove clutch cover, put kickstart lever back on shaft spline, activate kickstart lever by hand(easier with sparkplug removed+in neautral)as kickstart lever moves down 90 degrees the gear on the kickstarter mechanism should move out to engage with gear next to it(kickstart idler gear). If the gear on the kickstarter mechanism dosn't move outward it has a broken spring on the kickstart mechanism.replace spring and all should work.(if the spring is broken you need to try find the broken piece with a magnetic pick-up tool as the broken part can cause further damage if not removed)To do this job I highly recommend you first purchase a workshop manual which will guide you through these processes. After all a manual is the most valuable tool in your tool kit.

Slippage in second gear, pulls fine in all other gears and shifts fine, feels like broken tooth off gear or something of that nature

A broken gear tooth will cause a clicking sound. Start out in 2nd gear going slow. Hear any clicking? If so then TWO gears need to be replaced > the broken gear and the gear that meshes with it. If enough pressure was on a gear tooth to cause it to break, then similar pressure was on the gear it was engaged in. The gear may look okay, but it isn't. ALWAYS replace gears in sets.
