When you sign up for a trial period regardless of the company they usually charge your card to make sure it is valid. Wait 2-4 business days and this charge should drop off. Be sure to cancel your membership before the trial period or they will charge you.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I see that netflex has charged my account 16.46 on 12-30-14. I thought I had 30 days free and then it was going to be about $7/mo. what is happening?

you would need to call customer service & talk to them.
here is a link to their help center. scroll down to the bottom & they will give you options on how to contact them, hold your cursor over where it says call them & a box will appear with their phone #.

I read where Longmire is going to be on NetFlex. How to I go about getting it. Does it come on the TV Caroline Skinner La.

Netflix is a subscription service that is delivered by a broadband internet connection. Dial up connections will not work for Netflix. If you have a broadband connection, you will need a device capable of accessing Neflix. Some choices are: a computer, a Roku stream player or many of the network capable BluRay Disk players and Smart TV sets. Currently, a streaming only subscription is ~$8 / month, more for DVD / BluRay disks mailed to your home.

All of your questions and more are answered here:

You can get a free 30 account when you sign up.

I was only three days into the netflex free viewing when my cking acct was charged for 1 month $9.98. netflex tel operator said that was to verify I had a cking acct but the bank said that was not the case...

If you contact netflix support, you can request a refund. and explain this to them. They're much more likely to do something if you tell them about it instead of random people on the internet
