Question about HP R3000 XR (AF414A) UPS System
I did a self Test on a R3000 XR UPS and have been recieving the following message on each job that runs. The UPS Management software shows no change in the power out and Load (at 50%). Tape Alert : The voltage supply to the library is outside the specified range. There is a potential problem with the power supply or failure of a redundant power supply. Thank You

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I did a google search to see what results I would get for your request "failed #1-07 none of them who enquired to this problem spoke of the number that came up for you?. But they spoke about not being able to BOOT up to Windows in fact all of them said it!. Thats normally a BIOS update needed. But there was one other person who gave this message which might suit you wellllll at least it wont harm you he said this "Download the diagnostic utility from the HD maker and see what exactly is wrong."

To get to the BIOS for your server, press F10 at start-up. This should get you there to verify if settings are detecting SCSI devices. If they are there, you may have to reinstall the SCSI controller drivers. Good Luck.

It means that the printer is having problems powering the scanner, either the light source is not working or the belt drive or gears are jammed. It is a self diagnosis that is not passing. That is the reason for your problem.

Try the following steps and check if it resolves the above error.
1. Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on.
2. Open the cover of the product and remove the print cartridges.
3. Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product and the wall socket, then wait for one minute.
5. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
6. Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges.
7. Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration page.
8. Print a Self Test to verify product is functional.
9. Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print from the computer.

SOURCE: Mem Test Failure Replace Dimm
The biggest problem with the P3005 is the main board. There has been a warranty extension on the P3005 if it is the main board.
it maybe a memory problem too, but unless you added memory, its usually part of the main board.
