SOURCE: can't use the microwave
To lock or unlock the keypad, press and hold the CLEAR pad for 5 seconds. If this recurs, you may have a power line problem or trouble with your controller. If you suspect trouble and it's under warranty, don't hesitate to contatc GE via ge.com. If you don't have your mower's manual, you can download one at: http://www.geappliances.com/service_and_support/literature/

.
This may have already been dealt with, but others can benefit from an accurate, thoughtful reply to this problem.
Is it possible that some spray cleaner got into the controls?
I always recommend that users instead spray cleaner on a soft cloth then wipe the control panel.
Also, I always recommend non-ammonia cleaners since ammonia can crack and damage plastic.
Otherwise, the spray can get into the controls and lock it up or make it act odd.
If it does not dry out over time, it may need to be manually dried or blown out.
The keypad may be damaged or worn out, or control unit may be damaged.

SOURCE: my microwave panel is not working.
Sometimes if the door switches are faulty then the touch panel may not respond. There are usually 3 switches, and I'd recommend if one if faulty replacing all of them as a set. Otherwise it may be a Control Panel fault.
SOURCE: GE model JVM2070SK02 touch pad not working
Most people, and GE will tell you these are not repairable and you must replace the whole unit for $300 - 500. I can fix them. If you are interested, let me know. [email protected] I can only fix the touchpad not working and it must not be physically damaged. You must be able to take out the control panel and send it to me. It is easy (3 screws and electrical connectors).

Hi, Thank you for the solutions but i don't know which is the power plug for the controller. I found 2 plugs: one with 3 wires, one with 2 wires plugged in the pcb and 4 wires that are connected to a relay founded on the controller.
SEE THE picture attached. and identify. However the plug if the plug that you connect to the wall outlet.
Did you see the plug wall connect to the wall? disconnect it by 2 minutes for to cleat the memory. and proceed with the rest of the test. However you must see if the 1rst test cleath the problem . God bless you
