Will not print in the middle of the page after installing all new cartridges

Don't hesitate to call, although the printer may be out of warranty, the cartridges could be in warranty; therefore, there wouldn't likely be a fee for the phone support. My C310a printer wont align

on the front panel press setup >> Tools >> Clean Cartridges
again press setup >> Tools >> Align Printer...
if it does not work then do a reset on the printer
and to do that Press BL/TL/BR/TL Buttons, in sequence
(BL: Bottom left, TL: Top left, BR: Bottom Right) >> Touch Support Menu >> Press Right arrow for Reset Menu and Touch OK >> Press Right arrow for Partial Reset and Touch OK >>
Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off >> Press Power button to turn the Printer On...
the printer would automatically align itself...

Ink may be new, but their nozzles may be blocked; depending on manner of storage. To be sure apply a folded tissue paper to the ink nuzzle and press firmly. If the tissue comes off well blotted with ink it means you still have a good amount of ink in it and the nozzle is not blocked. If not blotted or scantily blotted, it means ink is really low or nuzzle is blocked. To be very sure of this, place nuzzle in a plate/saucer with a bit water so that the nuzzle is soaked. Leave for about 10 minutes. Then apply the tissue again. If still not well blotted it means ink is really low or empty. If new you should return it for a replacement. In the case of blocked nozzles, the procedure may be repeated over to get results.
