Part number for standard heating element for eco smart 11.3kw?

Go to ecosmartus.com
Click products tab at top of page
Click on your model number
Click on replacement parts tab
Buy part from ecosmart
Or remove element from water heater and look to see if threads are standard water heater element threads... then look at volts and watts printed on end of each element... buy ordinary element if it will work.

Power vent rheem mod pvw50 underneath is leaking

You have a water leak coming out of side of tank?
Water heater must be replaced. It is rusted, and could rupture.
Inspect and replace anode rod to prevent rusted tank, so water heater will last longer.

Water leaking from top on water heater

If it's leaking from a hose then you can try unscrewing the hoses, put some Teflon tape on the water heater threads and tighten. If it's leaking from the rim or under the threads call a appliance repairman.

Rinnai R50LS- water doesn't heat, even though there is good flow.

If it's a new install: the water is going backwards through the heater and you need to check that your cold water IN is actually hooked up to the cold water IN spot on the heater. they don't register flow if the flow goes backwards through the heater.
If it's not a new install: something is stuck in your flow sensor, drain the unit and take it out to check.

Hi .. you would be better off with a double pole switch. That way all the power is disconnected from the heater when the timer turns it off.

Water heater leaks on top

Make sure to use pipe dope(compound) or teflon tape on the threads. If you use the tape make sure to wrap the tape in the direction of the threads. Don't over do it with the tape 5 or 6 wraps should be fine. I prefer pipe dope myself....Joe
