I need to know what part needs to be replaced & how much (approximately) it will cost to fix this problem of, it sounds like an explosion went off when the oven finally turns on?

Jiggle all your keypads several times each.
Sometimes it is from a stuck key pad.
If that does not work you will have to replace the electronic oven control.

Without a device to measure the pressure from the orifice you will have to adjust for the best flame on the burners (blue with no yellow) not going beyond the spreader plate.

SOURCE: oven turns itself off
The F4 code is a 'temperature sensor shorted' code. The temperature sensor, is a small metal rod coming into the oven on the back wall, it is a little smaller than a pencil.

Its almost impossible to tell you how to repair it without being there to view what is going on. by what you are saying, it looks like you have a short between two or more wires, possibly stuck together from heat. After switching off, remove cover at the back and follow the wiring to the clock and the burner switches and look for anything obvious. Look for a wire possibly burned off and leaning onto another electrical wire.
