Question about Cell Phones
For the sake of discussion we are saying that you have the WX308 Gleam plus. Just a check, press the Centre key and the House Profiles key. Be sure that your current option is not silent or vibrate only. Select your current profile name and press options and customize to modify that profile. Now check the volume settings for that profile.

GO TO UR SIM OPTION > ROMING > NATIONAL > UPDATE UR SIM CARD > PHONE WILL BE RESTART > REMOVE UR BATTRY AND SIM CARD > AFTER 5 MIN. PUT UR SIM IN TO UR MOBILE AND SWITCH ON UR MOBILE. 2ND > GO TO SETTING > RESTORE COMPANY SETTING.

connect your head set to check if you have the voice on the headset
if yes then you may have to get the phone ear speaker changed
pls rate the solution
