Wall-e u comand robot, will not move forward he just turns, can i fix the right wheel?

On the in side of the body (cube) is a white gear the size of a 50cent coin. It is pressed on a drive shaft. The inter ring is cracked and slipping. It makes Wall E turn around and around. I'm looking for a replacement or some one with a makerbot to reproduce it. If any one finds one let me know at. stevepiper@usa.com

Where is the ground wire located for a 1989 chev.s-10 windsheld wiper motor?

General comment: Most automotive wiring uses the body for the ground wire. Where is the ground? ... In the bolt or screw that fastens the motor to the car body. If the motor is mounted on rubber, as in isolated from the body, ... there should be a ground ... make one ... it can be attached from a good solid body connection to any part of the metal body of the motor. Get a wire and a screw, drill a hole in the body, wrap the sire around it securely ... fasten it to any part of the WSW motor.

I have a two wheel jugs machine used for junior little league. The wheels will not get up to speed...can you help me?

I just fixed one with the same problem.
10 to 1 odd the brushes are stuck from sitting.
unplug unit.
take off the cover of the motor. 2 -7/16 nuts

there are 4 post one with black wire , white wire , ground and no wire.
you need to take off the two nuts on the one with ground and the one with no wire.
you can then remove the cover which will have the brushes inside.
once removed push the brushes in and out of the sleeve to loosen. spray with some liquid wrench or wd-40 and work back and forth. I took some steel wool and cleaned the copper where the brushes contact.
when you put it back together don't forget the scussion ring. it looks like a couple of potato chips put together. line up the slot on the casing with the nub on the perimeter of the brush housing,
slide it in while lining up the long screws with the holes in the housing. you will need to depress the brushes with a screw driver through the front hole , then slide it in . it will not go in the last 1/8th because of the scussion washer. tighten the nuts on the long screws and the gap will close. if you have the wheel off you can use a phillips screwdriver to hold the oth side , if not just hold the screw on the shaft with channel locks in the middle so you will be able to get the second nut started.

repeat on the other motor and you should be good to go

Brakes seize up and stay on after driving for a distance, especially in hot weather. They release when cooled down. Is this the master cylinder or calipers? Car is in good shape at 100 K. Garage kept all...

Jack car up, spin wheel, then apply brakes, and release and try spinning wheel again. If it doesn't spin just as easy, try cracking bleeder screw open, then try spinning wheel. If it spins easy after you crack bleeder screw, tighten bleeder back up & try same again. If same result, wheel spins when bleeder opened, then I'd replace the 2 front flex hoses that attach to calipers. If caliper doesn't release then you need to pull calipers and check if partially seized, or maybe slide pins that caliper moves on (that attach caliper to spindle) need cleaning and lube applied to allow calipers to move back & forth.

Electic trimmer

You're going to take off like 20 screws including the ones that hold the handle and the hood at the base of the blade. You open it like a clamshell. There is a black plastic cover at the very bottom that covers the gear wheels (one tiny wheel that comes from the motor and a large wheel that actually moves both blades back and forth). The black plastic cover is no attached with screws. You just remove it so you can get to the gears. Now you oil and manipulate the large gear wheel until it comes loose and you can see the blades move back and forth. Put the whole thing back together and you are ready to go!

Steering wheel installation

Does it move at all??? If so then the star bolt that goes in the center hole is the brake so to speak.
the lever that turns back and forth on the column has 2 small screws that attach to the lever.
tighten the center bolt until the wheel is secure, then set the tightening lever to the tight position and put the 2 screws in place. they will fit in between the star or teeth on the bolt and attach to the tightening lever.

Drill Presses Installation

Here are a few instructions to follow while installing a Drill Press: Fix the column support to the base using the three screws provided. Slide the table clamp onto the column and align the table with the base and secure it in position using the table clamp lock. Place the head assembly onto the column and slide it down the column as far as possible. Align the head with the table and base and tighten the head locking grub screws with the hex key. Fit the depth scale. Attach the feed wheel. Secure the feed wheel in place with the cap screw using the hex key. Fit the chuck safety shield over the collar of the spindle nose and tighten the clamp screw. Carefully clean out the tapered hole in the chuck and the spindle taper using a clean cloth. Hinge up the shield. Push the chuck onto the spindle and lightly tap the chuck with a piece of wood to ensure proper fitting.
