Why is my alarm going off intermittently after being locked for no reason throughout the night and day?

Could be a drop in voltage. Alarms sense voltage change to trigger. When you open a door or cause any component to draw voltage while the alarm is activated it will trigger. Apparently something is drawing voltage or causing it to drop while you car is sitting. your battery may be going bad and the voltage is dropping past the benchmark level of the alarm trigger and it is going off. It can happen if the battery is marginal and it gets very cold out or there is a short in a component causing voltage to change.

Alarm reset

Yes, you can, but legally only a dealer can do that. It's easier to just find out what's triggering the alarm and fix that - usually it's a faulty door lock sensor that's easily replaceable for under $200.

Engine won,t crank.I checked starter, and starter relay, good. There is an alarm system.....How do I reset factory alarm?

If the starter turns the engine when you jump from the hot lead to the trigger terminal/ then no further testing is required except that it is possible that the solenoid on the starter may be bad. Usually though they don't go bad all of a sudden and you would have a few weeks where you needed to turn the key a few times before it would engage. You need to check what I mentioned before.
