What is a ROS system Failure

ROS stands for Raster Optical Scanner which is the scanner head/lense. This will need some cleaning from time to time depending on how much it is used. consult the printer manual on how to clean it.

E510 idicate the ROS motor faulty... PWBA MCU could not receive signals output from SOS Sensor in ROS within the specified time.
Possible cause ROS assy, PWB MCU, Harness PWB, or LVPS..

Docucolor 12 printing nothing from glass

The only fuses it could be are the 24v fuses going to the ROS. In general it would "normally" be the ROS and Halftone pwb or the Vsel pwb. Both of these might not be sitting right/loose ribbon cables etc, depending if you have been working in that area.
The other option is a defective cleaner clutch for the IBT. This "normally" leaves with just the black left on the print however. You will have to watch the machine and see if there is actually an image being produced on the drum. If not, the ROS (ROS and halftone pwb must always be replaced together)

Color Faded

This sounds like a typical Developer Drive failure. The Developer Drive for color is different that the black developer drive. This is why black can print fine, but colors are faint or non existant. see below,a recent bullitin about this exact issue from Dell. ( the ROS, is the printhead, and is located behind the 4 developers.

5100cn Printer
Print Quality Issue
1. Problem: - Color images are extremely faint or not produced, but black images are produced without any problem.
Resolution: - Replace Developer drive assembly (H6702) and clean ROS Window/Glass.
If you chose to persue this repair, you can probably find a replacement developer drive by doing either a google search for the part number listed ( H6702 ) or an ebay search for the same. We can also provide you with removal and replacement instructions.

Good Luck

Error code 11 phaser 7700 polygon motor failure

The polygon motor is part of the laser assembly, other wise know as the ROS, Raster Output Scanner.
It normally is not as simple as replacing the ros and moving on.
There are color registration adjustments to be done once the ROS is replaced. You can try contacting
https://www.partsdrop.com/store/
and seeing if they have one. That motor has the mirrors on it that rotate to focus the laser to the belt assembly.

Error 10 laser unit failure on phaser 7700GX

That requires the replacement of either the ROS ( laser) assembly or the MCU board. I have seen both cause that code and indicate the laser has failed.
ROS is the laser assembly.
MCU board may not be detecting the ROS.
It is possible the connector that runs from the ROS to the board is loose, you may want to disconnect and reconnect that.
If the ROS is bad, you also have to have a laptop to connect to the machine to align the colors. That is called the regicon adjustment.

Modixerox 5510 functioning

Digital copiers will copy very light if the optics (mirrors, ccd lens) are dusty (opposite to the old analogue copiers which got darker) Clean whatever you can get at with a soft dry cloth. If it prints light from your computer then it won't be the optics, could be the ROS unit. If the ROS unit is dirty that's somewhat more complicated, the only bit you can get at is the ROS window, you'll have to pull the drum out and clean the glass window you can see from there
