I have to change my video card from Nvidia geforce 6150 LE to some other atleast directx 10 supported or directx 11 supported card which will be better for my Dell Optiplex 740 dual core 64 x2 4400+ pc
You can try to go to dell.com and search for video card optiplex 740 to find the available video cards which are compatible to your computer. you may try to search for these to see if they fit your needs and budget part# A2829980 (VisionTek Radeon HD 4650) Part# : 321-0113 (Dell 1 GB Radeon HD 7570). you will also find other matches with lower specs and price for you to review and decide if any of them will work for what you need.

This will be fine, but if you got more money to spend a faster one would give you better graphics capability. Faster core clock will process graphics faster, a faster memory clock will help process information quicker, and more memory will help you play the latest games.
