Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Error message after installing used board in a HP Designjet T520

Some of these parts are not interchangeable due to the fact that important machine specific information is stored on the board. If you purchased the board directly from HP then return it and get them to replace it. If you bought it from a vendor as new return it they lied.

My HP Designjet T790 report "Error 21.2.:13, restart, if problem persists call support" i restarted but still can't print. Can you help me? Thanks

This is a service station error. One of the more common causes I have come across is a piece of paper or foreign object jammed in the service station. It is located on the right hand side of the carriage. Unplug the plotter. Plug it in and the minute that you hear the print head move, unplug the power. Then open the window, move the head out of the way and look for a foreign object stuck in the service station.

How big is your drawing. You may have to have your memory upgraded along with the loading of new driver set for your plotter.

Hp designjet 130 carriage moves to the left and will not stop

If the printer has ink cartridges, check to make sure one of them did not come "undone" and is stickup up slightly. If so, just press it back in place.

Sounds like your power supply bit the dust. The power supply on this printer is similar to a PC power supply in appearcnace and is pretty easy to replace. You can download the service manual and take a look at the procedure if you are inclined to do the repair yourself or have someone do it for you. www.lpscomputer.com/ec/manuals.htm

The part can be purchased here: http://www.lpscomputer.com/c-643-designjet-500-510-800.aspx

***try to clean sensors: maybe it's dust on them.

Then if you are running latest Windows versions, you'll need a driver. Hp has dicontinued your plotter.
