If this laptop is not the newer EFI type, and (AND) you did not enter a permanent HARDWARE lock-out, the procedure has always been to disconnect the "bios battery" (also referred to as the CMOS, in the Windows world, but that has always been stupid - since CMOS is a construction architecture for chips...) and let it sit for a day or two. The capacitors that power it to hold clock data and other settings will just blank - like your radio stations do when your car has the battery disconnected.
If this is a HARDWARE password, you'll never get past it. Doesn't matter the brand. It's a brick - once the eprom has that password written into it - laptop, desktop, phone, whatever. You don't know that hardware master password? It's just a paperweight now. Dismantle it, and sell the other parts on ebay.

The Password can be removed via the printer port
What you need is a password removal tool, It removes the Bios and start-up passwords.
It costs about £5.00. Easy to build but it costs more to put the kit together.
I think you were quite hard on the assistance.
