Question about Garden
Check for clogged air filter. However, if it is not the air filter, remove the spark plug and check for wettness. Could be soaked with fuel or oil. If it is oil, you have have bad rings or valves. To check this apply 30psi of air into the spark plug chamber with the engine at Top Dead Center, or valves closed. Check if you hear air coming from intake, exhaust, or breather. If air is coming out you intake or exhaust your valves are not seated right or worn out. If air comes from breather then you cylder is scored or rings are shot. However, if no air is coming out of these places then you might have weak spark. Replace spark plug first to see if this helps. If it does not help the ingnition coil will need to be replaced. But, before doing all of this, check to make sure your air filter isn't clogged with dirt.
