You should be able to use that email to sign back in to facebook to change it to a new email. It might ask you a few security questions to verify who you are but it should be possible. At least it was when a friend of mine did that 6mo ago

SOURCE: My email was used to confirm another account,my facebook gone now

Hi. I had a similar problem... it can be fixed! Email facebook and explain what happened. Be patient and persistent.
send email to:
appeals+n0zzvjn@facebook.com
the first email I received back from them (day after I emailed) was generic saying:
"Our records indicate that there is not a disabled account associated with the address you are writing from. If you are referring to another account that has been disabled, please contact us directly from the email address you use to log in to that account..."
Except the email I was using DID belong to my missing account. So I replied with the SAME original message. And detailed what happened to my account.
I received a SECOND response, identical to the first.
I emailed them AGAIN detailing what happened.
FINALLY (about 1 1/2 weeks later) I received this email:
"Hi Chelsey,
Your original account has been reactivated and you should be able to access it now. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please visit our Help Center at the following address:

Thanks for contacting Facebook,

I can't log on to my Facebook

Well assumed you have an account, and you know your username and password. Possible is that you account have been hacked and used to spam others, facebook therefore deactivate it. Also it could be that you weren't active for a long time and facebook deactivated you account.

In any case you had to got some email notification about it. So check you email history.

I lost my Facebook account last dated 9-9-2015. Also I use my husband email account but have this one in my name??? Please help to recover

Your account will be there unless someone has deactivated it and then permanently deleted it. There are a lot of warnings as you are doing this. Could your husband have done this for some reason?

I see two accounts in your name, strangely with the same picture, a man and woman standing in front of indoor waterfall , man in a red shirt, lady in white and blue top with blue shorts. One is Bayonet Point Florida (20 friends including Jerry Berning and the other is Hudson, Florida. (only one friend Carrie Guilkey-Kremer) There is a third one with no image and no information (may be deactivated).

You just need to log in with your husband's email address and YOUR password.

When you get back in go to settings / General Account Settings and change the email address to your own.

Deleted my original account of Facebook now I can't get it again plus I have extra accounts now that I had started trying to get the original mine back. What can I do?

It is possible to re-activate Facebook accounts that have been deleted or deactivated. Sometimes users may want to re-use old Facebook accounts. This can be done by logging in to the Facebook using the email provided during the registration process along with password. An alert message stating that the user account is no longer active will be displayed. A registration email from Facebook will automatically be sent to the email address provided when logging in to Facebook. In order to re-activate the Facebook account, the internet link in the email sent must be clicked and the corresponding instructions followed.

  • Log in to Facebook with your original email and password
  • A red sign will appear saying that you have tried to log in a deactivated account
  • They will use the email that you used during your original registration and send an email about reactivation!
  • In the email you will find a link, just follow it

Taken directly from facebook and a link that could possibly help.

Hello , I use to have a Facebook account about 2

Hello, if your facebook account was deactivated more than 30 days ago than facebook has likely permanently deleted it. Facebook regularly goes through deactivated Facebooks and deletes and account that has been deactivated longer than 30-90 days. Try visiting https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=reason and enter your email, if nothing shows up than unfortunately your account is gone forever.

I now have two facebook sites with same name. Iwent to change my email address on the first site and it would not be accepted and I could not use my first site. I then had to make a second site with same...

Log into the one Facebook account that you wish to delete / deactivate.

On your main Facebook home page for that account click on the ACCOUNT tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Then select ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

Scroll to the bottom of that page and then click on DEACTIVATE.

Just follow the on screen instructions and then that particular Facebook account will be deactivated.

Good luck.

I want my name removed from facebook.

Hello,
to have your name removed from Facebook, you need to go in the "Account" menu located top right.
In that menu you will find "Account settings", click it.
The last option in the new page that will open will be "Deactivate account", click "deactivate"
Answer their questions though the end and I suggest to check the option "Opt out" so that you will not get an email from Facebook everyday to register with them again.
I also suggest taking out any profile picture and critical information first.

If you wanted to keep using Facebook, you can set the privacy settings to restrict to friends only, but your name will still show if people are looking for you.
Regards,
