Vectra 03 plate - heater not getting hot
You need to back flush the system. take the hoses of the rad line to the in side rad. and flush it out. at same time may aswell to the rest of the system get all the muck out of the system. needs to be done evey few years.

jack front of car up clean around the coil spring where it sits on the shock absober probably do this with your fingers and a screw driver to clean the grit out, then squirt some oil on he bottom of the spring and where it sits on the shock absorber do the same with tho other side.might have to repeat every 3 months especially in winter

I'm not particularly familiar with that vehicle but all that I have seen also have a valve that opens and closes to allow or restrict the fluid flow to the heater core. It could be a problem if you haven't already eliminated it. The air defecting doors under the dash that direct air to the floor or to the defroster are also suspect.

the clutch slave cylinder will be down at gearbox and the blled nipple will be on it follow tube down from master cylinder you will find it

If all the lights in the dash are not working then Ide be looking at the switch (dimmer) switch that is, turn the headlight switch clock wise and maybe you will get the lights back.
