Screen turn off

Cb work about 15 minute than turn off the screen. When cb is cold works fine.

Sounds like an overheating problem. Perhaps a small pancake fan will cool it off or you can buy a cilicon e based cream that helps control temperature. With the cream; you kind of have to be specific to the transistor(s) that is overheating.

without more detailed info, quick suggestion - thermal fault, if all TX audio works when in this fault condition, it may be fair to assume audio IC is ok and check electrolytic capacitors and dry joints.

Sounds like you could have a bad soilder joint in the radio. If you hit the top or bottom of the radio does it help? If so its soilder. You match your antenna to your truck not the radio. You might want to recheck it.

Cb transmit noise


Its just RF feed back, that's normal, try to re-route the coax, or just turn the FM down, o try turning your modulation down....hope this was helpful....

Working fine fliped it over it quit transmiting talkback and recive work good


Unplug it,Take the cover off,and check for cold solder joints,bad solder joints. Look it over real good,might get a magnafying glass to see the joints good.Resolder them..hope this helps

Sounds like a cold solder joint,I would resolder
all pins in that one place

Sounds like a "cold" or broken solder connection on the PC board.
