When switched to "On", the little red LED lights, but there is no power to the accessory outlet. A reset, unplugging the unit and reinstalling the batteries makes no difference.

HB77R is discontinued timer.
If reset and battery change will not restore functionality, then replace timer with HB800RCH lifetime timer, or HB880R outdoor timers:

SOURCE: Is the GFCI frying my intermatic timer?

First off is the black wire feeding the gfci going to the brass colored screw? If so make sure the black wire coming out of the timer is attached to the brass screw on the gfci and the white colored wire is attached to the silver screw. If these are all connected properly it is possible that the fan isn't wired properly.

SOURCE: My Malibu ML600TW power pack is stuck in the ''on'' position

There are no repair parts for intermatic/malibu power packs.
You can buy cheap plug-in timer, and plug power pack into cheap timer.

SOURCE: timer rotates but whenever it reaches the tripper

The clock motor gets weak and sticks on the tripper and then stops working.
Possible solution: Some people report they disassembled clock motor, cleaned the gears and added a bit of vaseline or white grease to gears because they get dirty.
Then afterward, you might try duct tape to seal unit from dust
Others report they got the clock motor apart and didn't mark parts and take photos along the way, and forgot how tiny gears went back.
My experience with clock motors, and motors in general, is when they slow down, they overheat and don't last much longer.
There are no replacement clock motors for ML series power packs, which is shortcoming since Intermatic makes replacement clock motors and modules for many of their products.

Work-around: Set timer to override, then plug power pack into cheap wall timer.

The led on the front won't light, and I have power connected, but nothing. Is there a reset somewere?

I am assuming you are trying to power up an installed motherboard, based on the category selection. You say that you have power connected. That means that you have connected the 20 (24) pin main connector and the 4 or 8 pin CPU power connector to the motherboard. Have you connected the front panels controls to the motherboard header? There are connections for the power switch, power LED, HDD LED, reset switch (optional). They must be connected in order for the motherboard to start. THe HDD and Power LED connections are polarity-based, so if you hook them upo backwards, their respective LED will not light. The HDD LED plug is usually red and white with the red being on the positive (+) terminal. The Power LED plug is usually green and white with the green wire going to the positive terminal. The power switch and reset switch wires can be connected either way as they are not polarized.

I have a Sharp flat panel model LC-20SH4U. The units power LED light is red. No effect (sound or picture) when remote or on/off switch is activated. The LED light slightly blinks.

Resetting the TV
If the buttons on the remote AND the buttons on the TV case do not work (channels do not change and you cannot open or navigate the menu), the TV has stopped responding. Reset the TV as follows:

NOTE:
Some TVs have a reset button. If available and accessible, try using the reset buttons before using the steps below. Using the reset buttons can save time.

clip_image001.jpg
1. Unplug the TV power cord from the power outlet.
2. Unplug any connected devices (DVD, Set-top boxes, etc...)
3. Press and hold the TV power button for five seconds.
4. Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn on the TV.
5. Open the on-screen menu to confirm that the TV is responding again.
6. Turn off the TV and reconnect the devices.
7. Turn on the TV.

Hope this may help;

Regards,

Need manual for HB77R

Intermatic HB77r outdoor raintight plug-in timer is for incandescent use up to 500watts.
Uses AA alkaline batteries. Batteries are for backup and don't affect timer operation in cold temps up to minus 40 degrees C, same as minus 40 degrees F.

Outside electrical outlet does not have power however when switch to outlet is in on position red light illuminates but no power, tried reset buttons and checked for flipped circuits

If the power light illuminates when the switch is on ,you must at least have a 'live' feed.

If nothing works when plugged in, it tends to suggest that there is a break in the 'neutral' somewere or that the neutral contact in the switch is not activating.

You need to get a multimetee and test for volts across the line and neutral with the switch on, if you get no reading you have a neutral fault.

Finding the fault will not be easy as it will be a faulty outlet, a bad connection or worse but unlikely a broken wire.
