The time will not set

Is it a lock down crown? You may have to unscrew the winder anti clockwise first before being able to set time, date etc

I cant set the date, because I got the battery replaced and I the date is two days late

Use the manual to set the correct time zone, time and date. Manual is available on the Casio worldwide website>support>manual>watches.
Have the module number at hand: you will enter it to find the manual. The module number is a 3 digit or 4 digit number on the back of the watch.

I have a 3054. About 3 days ago it reset to 1-1-2005 and has never changed. it now reads 1-3-2005 at 5:57 PM

This same problem (watch resetting to 1/1/205) has happened to me 2x now, about 2 months or so apart.

I have had this watch for ~10+ years now, and works perfectly.

I have replaced the battery 2x.

Again, the watch works great.

I just realized that in the .pdf manual, there is no indication for a "low-battery" condition.

I am guessing that the "low-battery" is what is causing the watch to reset the date/time to 1/1/2005.

Any others having this same problem if this watch resetting to 1/1/2005 after the watch has run just great (auto time syncing, etc.)?

This watch Keeps great time!

We purchased a Casiotron R-11 watch, model number 54194. After many years the battery has gone flat, we replaced this but are not too sure how to set the time and date etc. Please can you...

Hey there, Setting the Time on the Casio R-11 until the R-15 ist quite simple: insert the Battery, the you should see the seconds counting on the top of display- depending on the model there are bars or squares blinking every 5 seconds and progressing until one minute is done, then it starts again. When all the bars for the seconds are filled, simply press the button located on the left side of the watch. You can press it by using a pen etc. Now the Hours start running, let proceed until the right time is displayed (notice the a.m. or bar on the top/right of the display). When you reached for example 10 (for 10:00 in the morning or night), then you push the select button on the right, then same procedure with the minutes. When you finished selecting the hours and minutes press the button on the right again and the watch starts with the time with 0 sec. You cab set the date by pushing the select button on the right and simultaniously pushing the button on the left with a pen.
Hope it works out

How do I set the time and date on my 1440

You can try this by:

Press and hold the "MODE" button (top left) until the alarm time begins to blink. Use top right button to change from minute to hour etc, and change the value for the setting that is flashing by pressing the bottom right button "SET". Change from alarm to date to time by pressing the upper left button again.

Hope this will help you.

How to set dates, etc.

mcdevito75 here, The stem should be 2 position, first pull the stem out to adjust the DAY ot Month, push the stem back in, now slip a fingernail just under the stem anf lift to the stems first position, this should allow you to change the DATE, adjust to 1 day before the DATE you need, now lift the stem to adjust the time, go thru the complete 24 hour cycle to adjust the DATE and time of day. You should have the DAY or Month and correct date and your watch will change the DAY, DATE at the proper time also.
