Have a carrier furnace model 58DHC095.it go thru its normal cycle for heat but the fan wont come on until the cycle end and furnace over heats. the fan works on all speeds and I have replaced the cont

There has to be a mechanical thermostat and it is sticking or other wise defective. I don't think that the control board is defective because it finally does turn the fan on. However the mechanical thermostat is there to prevent the fire box temperature from getting too high before the fan starts, but there must also be a over heat thermo disc that will shut the fire off when the fire box gets too high.

Furnace is a Rudd UGEB model. Burners ignite and but the blower (squirrel cage) doesn't start. After a couple minutes they turn off and the blower starts and runs for less than a minute and shuts off....

Sounds like the fan limit was not replaced correctly. You can try switching the blower to the On position (instead of Auto), if the furnace runs properly with the blower on that would be the most likely culprit.

Fan will not shut off after heat cycle is finished. Need to shut off power to furnace. GMP100-3

Are you talking about the indoor fan. Some have a time delay to allow the blower to cool the furnace and make use of the heat built up in the heat exchanger.

Heater kicks on and off after heating.

The blower may cycle on and off to cool the heat exchanger. The fan limit still senses the heat after the furnace shuts off and the limit goes up the same as when the furnace first starts. You could adjust the settings on the fan limit.

My Miller furnace occasionally stops in mid

If the flame looks good prior to the room air blower starting but becomes unstable when the blower starts, you have a crack or hole in the heat exchanger. I strongly suggest your technician do a test on it to see.

Draft fan keeps on running after furnace shuts

That sounds pretty normal for most furnace/heater products. They run the heating element with fan for a cycle then after the heater reaches temperature it will shut off and the fan will continue to run to cool the element and to circulate the heat that it produced. If you want the manual for this product it looks like you can get it here: http://homeappliance.manualsonline.com/ex/product/headline/m/Coleman%2BEvcon/d/furnace/p/DGATO75BDC
