Question about Computers & Internet
I managed to change the background to transparent and most of the logo from black to white but there are parts of the logo that wont accept the flood fill.

Magnify the whole thing as much as you can. Then flood fill the area again. Or use clone stamp tool to copy from the finished colour to the new area. Or use brush tool etc

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

On paintshop pro 9 and I think on 10 too, click on "View" on the top menu bar and select "ToolBars". When the ToolBar window opens, select "Color Pallet". You should now have your color pallet back. Close "ToolBar" and carry on.
