Had this working then software message on computer told me that the firmware needed upgrade.  I can not find this upgrade firmware and now MP3 player will not work at all.  Its screen shows brief message asking me to connect to computer then screen 'dies'.  MP3 is charged and to my knowledge has not been dropped.

Where do I get the upgraded firmware from?

How do I upgrade the firmware?
