I assume you mean the display panel.
On the front there is a slide switch, in the middle.
Just slide to the right and lift the lid.

How disassambel laptop medion md41700?

Model not found on support site MEDION UK Manual But laptops have small screws holding them together. And snap locks that need to be released gently. I use my finger nails or a razor blade to start pry open the release snaps. To open up a laptop after removing the screws. Each laptop is different, keyboards usually can be removed after removing any screws and prying up from the top (where the F keys are" other screws are under there for getting to the motherboard.
Cables for keyboard video differ by models and makes as well. You have to know the type of connector used for removal and re-locking when putting back togther.

Hp dv6000 keyboard not working properly

When you use your HP laptop for work or just to surf the Internet, it's very frustrating when the keyboard locks up.

It can also be expensive if you need to hire a professional to fix your keyboard.

Luckily, whether you know what caused the keyboard to lock up or not, often with advanced troubleshooting you can solve this problem yourself.

Power your laptop off completely.

Take the battery out of the laptop. Typically the battery is located underneath the laptop towards the top.

Leave the battery out for 30 seconds.

This will allow the laptop to refresh itself.

Put the battery back into the laptop.

Power your computer on.

Once your computer has rebooted, check to see if the keyboard is working.

Open the "Start" menu on your laptop, if the keyboard is still locked up.

Click on the Control Panel.

Go into the "Accessibility" options.

Open the tab labeled "Keyboard".

Make sure none of the boxes have a check in them.

If the laptop has Microsoft Vista as the operating system, go to the "Ease of Access" option and go to "Change how your keyboard works."

Make sure none of the boxes in that section are checked.

Click the "Save" button.

Exit the Control Panel and begin typing to see if the keyboard is now working.

Hope this helps

Eee pc900hd keyboard lock

Hook a external keyboard to the laptop, if okay! unless you have pressed something that locked it down, the laptop keyboard will need to be changed. But if both have same problem you may have a virus, device driver issue. If mouse pad works try a system restore before this occured.

Laptop Lid will not open

There are two metal hinges that are on that laptop model and are at top of laptop near keyboard and screen joint. When one of these hinges breaks, and they do, it can become jammed. By continuing to try and open it you run the risk of damaging the LCD on the laptop. The top of the laptop has to be removed to access the hinges and replace them. This is not something a novice can do easily and is dangerous to the laptop. If its not under warranty and you feel comfortable with your skills you can try. However I would recommend a repair shop. The hinges for this model run about 10 dollars for the pair and the labor would be whatever the local rate is. To see the hinges that are for your unit.. this link has a good picture http://battery-adapter.com/product_info.php/products_id/3463
