Question about Health & Beauty
I don't know if its the cord, or the batteries, or what?
Hi , use the scooter for about 10 minutes, okay now plug in the charger, do any of the lights go red or orange to indicate it's charging, if not , remember one green light is to indicate it's turned on...
1. Check the voltage can be seen at the charger socket, (mulitmeter required here volt DC setting looking at the two outside holes)
2. Is it not possible to try another charger ? as long as it the same fitting ...
3. Is there a fuse for the charging line?.
4. If all fails then it seems the batteries need be replaced.

ok, this could be a dodgy connection with the batteries or the charger is at fault ?
1. try another charger
2. check the batteries if possible on another scooter.
3. check the connection on the battery and the charge socket connector.

Has the scooter been stored unused for a while? If so, the batteries may have gone solid from improper maintenance. There is a gel inside the batteries that needs to have current run through it at least once a week to keep them fluid. The charger is showing a green light because it senses the batteries are full, but instead of being full of power, they are full of crud and need to be replaced again. If the batteries have been properly charged but you still cannot get power, check all your connections to make sure they are tight and that your fuses are not blown.
