Question about Canon ImageRUNNER 3570 Copier/Printer
Whenever anyone in my company sents a Report to print on our Canon 3570 the result is and error (Error #852) and a ficticious paper Jam. The machine points to a paper jam in the Right Side paper intake module but no paper jam exists. The only way to make it stop is to power down the machine and power on. However, this only clears the queue and the print job gets deleted only to have the problem return when you send the job again.
Jobs from Office and desktop prints via the Windows 2003 Server print okay.
Our Unix system is hosted at an off-site location. I suspect a driver issue but print jobs work fine from this system when sent to our sister Canon Copier of the same model.
The answer to our problem ended up being a firmware upgrade to the Canon iR7095. I would look into that as your possible solution.
