Question about Garmin nuvi® 200 Car GPS Receiver
It sounds like the jack needs to be replaced on the unit. This is a very common problem with plugs on portable devices. It is possible that the solder connection is also bad and the jack is OK. It is usually best to replace the jack while you have the unit apart.
You should be able to take the unit apart to repair the problem.
There aren't any repair manuals available to do this.
You can also have an electronics repair shop fix it or send it to the manufacturer for service.
If you need more help, post a comment and I will get back to you.
