Only make small amount of coffee spits and sputters hard to come out

You need to remove the salt build-up deposits. Run two cups of vinegar through your machine. (Add vinegar instead of water, no coffee or filter). Push start and let the vinegar fill the pot. When done, repeat if you think more scale/deposits will come out. Do a final rinse with water (plain water to rinse the vinegar). Then make coffee.

Heat up taking longer and dosage of coffee smaller

Its going to stink, but run a full tank of straight vinegar through it (without coffee) then run water through it a couple times to rinse the vinegar out (without coffee) Afterwards should be back to normal operation

I have a 18month Electrolux 8kg front loader which has mould on the bottom part of the rubber seal. I have always kept the door open after every wash but the mould has set in. I have tried wiping it with...

You will find that wiping it dry, then painting it with thick household bleach and leaving it overnight will have an excellent effect on the staining. The rubber will tolerate the bleach without any problem. If one night doesn't quite cut through the mould, treat again the following night.

Just remember to wash the bleach away thoroughly, so that it doesn't affect any garments in the next wash!

My washing machine smells really musty, have used bi carb soda and bleach it still stinks

you can try a cup of white vinegar running in a hot cycle alone.  if that does not do it or you want another possibility, k-mart and sears sell a product called washer magic and it works fairly well...  try doing this about once ever 2 months or so and it will reduce the oder greatly.

Run a solution of hot water and vinegar in your tub on a full cycle using the hot and cold use about 1 cup of vinegar. Just stale water that always sits in the bottom of the washer

Dishwasher not cleaning

The dishwasher salt response is acceptable for Europeans, but U.S. dishwashers do not have a salt dispenser, nor is dishwasher salt sold in U.S. stores. U.S. consumers should descale their dishwasher using Dishwasher Magic, Lemi-Clean, Lime-A-Way, CLR, or vinegar until scale is removed from the machine, then add a rinse aid to the dispenser, which should prevent future problems. For very hard water, regular, periodic descaling treatments should be done. For the vinegar cleaning, place a full cup (8 oz) of vinegar in the top rack of the dishwasher. This way the vinegar is release throughout the wash cycles, performing a more thorough cleaning.
